- If you represent an Owner, Franchisee, or Franchise Management Company, and require an Enterprise ID (EID), please coordinate with a representative within your company who currently has a valid EID so that this individual can submit a request on your behalf. Prior to proceeding, please ensure you have read the following Terms & Conditions (PDF) and print a copy for your records. This will serve as confirmation that you understand, accept, and will be responsible for all conditions outlined. Also, please note that certain information, such as Date of Birth and Email Address, will need to be provided to the designated individual in order to complete the EID request process.
- If you are requesting an Enterprise ID (EID) on behalf of someone else, by proceeding, you agree to ensure that the individual has been provided with the Terms & Conditions (PDF) and you will keep the information you have been given to complete the request confidential.
