EID (Enterprise ID) and Password Help
Use this page to manage your EID and password.
EID Help 
  • EID Look Up
    If you have forgotten your EID and need to look it up.

    View and update your personal information related to your EID.
  • EID Registration
    Employees of franchise management companies, franchise owners and franchised hotels who need an EID. Vendors working with Marriott's franchisees are not eligible to be granted an EID.

Password Help (Self-Service Password Reset Tools)

  • Marriott Password Challenge
    Reset your password even if you have forgotten it or if it has expired. You will be asked to answer questions that only you will know the answer to (e.g., In what city were you born?) Note: You must enroll in Password Challenge to use this service.  

Password Guidelines

  • Not the same as the last four passwords
  • Minimum age of three days before changed
  • At least seven characters long
  • Must contain alphanumeric character or one special character (fun4all) (fun*sun)
  • Not your log-on name or any portion
  • Not contain a single repeating characters (xxxxxx5)
  • No spaces
  • Required to change every 90 days
Two-Step Verification
  • Two-Step Verification Registration Portal
    If you are NOT registered for Two-Step Verification, you should enroll to ensure access to Marriott applications enabled with this security protection.
    If you are already enrolled in this process, you do not need to register again.

  • If you ARE enrolled in Two-Step Verification, you can change or recover the method (SMS Text, Entrust Mobile App or Printed Grid) you selected by accessing the registration portal.

  • If you are unable to log in with your EID and Password, contact the Marriott Service Desk at 1 (240) 632-6000.

    Note: Marriott will charge users each time they speak to a live agent for assistance resetting or unlocking passwords in support of the company's business process optimization efforts. Users will not be charged for using Marriott's self-service password reset tools, described above.
