Password Help (Self-Service Password Reset Tools)

  • Marriott Password Challenge
    Reset your password even if you have forgotten it or if it has expired. You will be asked to answer questions that only you will know the answer to (e.g., In what city were you born?). Note: You must enroll in Password Challenge to use this service. 
  • CTRL+ALT+DEL Password Reset
    If you received a password expiration email and are connected to the Marriott network, press CTRL+ALT+DEL simultaneously to reset your password.

Password Guidelines

  • Not the same as the last four passwords
  • Minimum age of three days before changed
  • At least seven characters long
  • Must contain alphanumeric character or one special character (fun4all) (fun*sun)
  • Not your log-on name or any portion
  • Not contain a single repeating characters (xxxxxx5)
  • No spaces
  • Required to change every 90 days

  • If you are unable to log in with your EID and password or for other technical issues, contact the Marriott Service Desk at +1 (240) 632-6000 (Ext. 66000 for HQ).

    Note: Marriott will charge the property each time an employee speaks with a live agent for assistance resetting or unlocking passwords in support of the company's business process optimization efforts. Properties will not be charged for using Marriott's self-service password reset tools, described above.
