  • For users who cannot provide their EID, refer them to the following channels:
    • Managed
      • Local HR
    • Franchisees
      • Access Administrator
    • Owner
      • Company Approver
    • Vendors / Consultants / Contractors
      • Marriott Sponsor / Manager

Password Help

  • Marriott Password Challenge
    Reset your password even if you have forgotten it. You will be asked to answer questions that only you will know the answer to (e.g., In what city were you born?). Note: You must enroll in Password Challenge to use this service.
